Keep Me On After Launch
If you would rather spend your time running the business, I can keep your website maintained, updated and supported for an agreed monthly fee.
Monthly care plans
Hosting keeps the website online. A care plan pays for my time looking after the website itself — updates, checks, content changes and support.
Essential Care
For smaller websites that only need occasional help.
- Routine website & security checks
- Backup checks
- Broken-link checks
- Up to 30 minutes of minor content changes per month
- Email support
Business Care
For businesses that want regular updates and quicker help.
- Everything in Essential Care
- Up to 60 minutes of content changes per month
- Text & image updates
- General website health checks
- Priority support
Managed Website
For businesses that want me to actively look after the website.
- Up to 2 hours of agreed updates per month
- New/updated page content
- Form & functionality checks
- Basic SEO & performance monitoring
- Priority support
E-commerce / Bespoke
For shops, connected databases and websites needing more hands-on support.
- Product/promotion changes
- Shop and account checks
- Database/software support options
- More frequent website updates
- Workload agreed to suit the project
Practical day-to-day support
- Changing text, prices, images and opening hours
- Adding agreed new content or pages
- Checking forms, links and key website functions
- Keeping an eye on performance and basic SEO health
- Helping with website, hosting and domain questions
- Supporting e-commerce, login areas and connected business systems where included
Need something outside your monthly allowance?
No problem. Larger additions, redesign work, new functionality or work beyond the included allowance can be quoted separately before I start.
Unused support time does not automatically roll over unless that is specifically agreed in your quote.
Your plan can grow with your business
If your website becomes busier, turns into an online shop or starts using customer accounts, databases or bespoke software, I can review the support level with you.
Not sure which plan?
Tell me how often you expect to make changes and what the website does. I’ll recommend a sensible option rather than automatically putting you on the most expensive plan.
